Simon Sinek is an acclaimed author, motivational speaker, and marketing consultant who is best known for his TED Talk “How Great Leaders Inspire Action” and his bestselling book “Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action.”
Born in England in 1973, Sinek grew up in South Africa and then moved to the United States when he was a teenager. He attended Brandeis University, where he earned a degree in cultural anthropology. After graduation, Sinek worked in several advertising agencies before starting his own consulting firm, Sinek Partners, in 2002.
Sinek’s first book, “Start With Why,” was published in 2009 and became a New York Times bestseller.
