Background

Tim Kirkland was born and raised in Colorado in a single house hold with his mother. Growing up he was introduced to the restaurant business since his mother worked in one. After graduation he went to an Ivy league school and to pay for his schooling he worked in restaurants, bars, and night clubs. He wanted to find out how he could become the highest paid person in the restaurant business and to do so he found out that the best way to make money was to connect with people and to understand that they are not in the restaurant business but the people business. By understanding this he was able to make the most money he could he was able to buy various night clubs and restaurants because of his understanding of the industry. In 2007 he founded the Renegade Hospitality Group which consults for a lot of companies that are considered top brands such as the Marriott, Starwood, KFC, and many more. He was also able to write his own book known as the Renegade Server.
