Dr. Bojeun has worked in software development, project and program management, and the establishment and administration of program management offices for more than twenty years (PMOs). Dr. Bojeun has spent nine years working as an instructor with Concepts Integration International, a PMI Registered Education Provider. His classes have focused on program management, project management, and risk management (REP).
The body of knowledge regarding project and program management has been expanded thanks to these courses, which helped hundreds of candidates earn their credentials for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Additionally, the value of the certification has been extended to include both domestic and international businesses.
Dr. Bojeun has a wealth of experience in transforming organizations by providing transformational leadership and strategic support to executive management professionals during formulating, executing, and evaluating organizational vision, purpose, and strategic objectives. A graduate of George Mason University with an MBA and a Ph.D. in organizational leadership, he is certified as a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), a Program Management Professional (PgMP), and He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Dr. Bojeun is currently an adjunct professor at Strayer University and George Mason University, where he continues to train students in project and program management skills. In addition, he builds and leads high-performing teams to surpass targets on initiatives worldwide. He has helped businesses establish their own Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMOs). He has designed processes and best practices for firms to complete projects and programs both internally and externally.
