Speaker Bio

Egor Borushko works and lives on the island of Bali in Indonesia, where he also runs a global seven-figure business. As working from home becomes more popular, Egor talks about where his organization came from, how an outbreak led it to create a plan for online events, and what he thinks the future will be like.

Egor Borushko is one of the people who started operating remote conferences due to the Pandemic. Entrepreneurs and businesses get together at Running Remote to talk about how to grow their businesses from outside the office and manage teams that work from home.

Egor traces the history of a meeting and then how remote teams are used. When working with a team that isn’t in the office, they discuss the advantages and disadvantages of doing so.

While Egor was still working for Time Doctor, he devised the idea for Running Remote while on a work trip to Boracay, Philippines. Time Doctor is made up of 100 people who work from home and are a completely remote, distributed workforce.

Egor says that those who “never believed in things like virtual conferences” Start leaving their computer and other office gear at home if they want to go to the conference. Fly in, talk to people there, and make real connections. Running Remote had to develop an online event plan to stay open during the lockdowns affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

A few parts of the platforms you can use to plan your online events let you do things that you can’t do at live events. This got Egor’s attention, and he thought, “This isn’t just a way to stay alive; it’s also a muscle we can build and use to support the online community now that the broadcast has become so much more.”

Egor said that running Remote plans to change its live conference into a hybrid format in the future. Because they didn’t want to make up for the fact that “some businesses are stressed out right now because of problems with remote work,” they offered free events. Running Remote recently set up two virtual meetings and is planning three more before the end of the year. That’s why it’s “very exciting” over the next two weeks.

Egor says that businesses are the ones to use a hybrid paradigm the most. There are always offices and headquarters, and it is “very, very possible” for people to work from home. Because it will make “many people happier,” having a central place where you can talk to real people is becoming increasingly important for businesses that are spread out all over the place.

Egor says he misses talking to “real people,” but he thinks the hybrid technique will still be the standard in 20 years. Since we don’t know where technology is going, he talked about virtual reality (VR) companies making great tools for virtual meetings beyond Skype and Lens we use daily.
