Bruce Johnson specializes in strategy development and leadership, as well as the application of systems thinking to market to gain and retain more customers and consumers. He is the author of “Breaking Through Plateaus” and “Becoming Scalable,” as well as several other books on business growth.
Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. In 1983, he graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree.
In the following years, after earning his M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois, he entered the ministry, spending the last fifteen and a half years at a church he founded with two families that have grown to over two thousand members and generate $2.7 million in revenue.
His work with business owners and entrepreneurs has continued since he retired from pastoral ministry in 2005. He coaches them, speaks to them, and provides them with consulting services. As a result, Johnson is aware of the sensation of sitting on his chair. When it comes to building something major from the ground up, he knows what it’s like to start from scratch.
He understands what it takes to excite and inspire others since he is a visionary leader. He has led teams of people to solve challenges and come up with innovative ideas. During his career, he has generated cash and constructed facilities to aid the expansion of new organizations. He has worked in customer service and has been in charge of the execution of programs. Additionally, he has given more than 1,000 different presentations on top of all of his previous experience.

He currently resides in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, a suburb of Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife, Jacquie (with whom he has been married for more than 36 years), and they have two adult daughters (Chelsea and Brooke), two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren, all of whom live in the Charleston area.
