Barb Bruno, CPC, CTS, is an internationally renowned speaker, author, trainer, and entrepreneur who has worked in a variety of fields. Good as Gold Training is a leading distributor of web-based training programmes for the Staffing and Recruiting Profession as well as for Sales Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Nonprofits, and Women Business Owners. She has purchased HR Search, Inc. for over thirty years and currently serves as the CEO of Good as Gold Training Inc.

Barb Bruno began her professional career as a flight attendant for a large airline, followed by positions as a mortgage lender and a real estate broker. In 1999, she started her own recruiting company, which she has been running since. Exercise and blogging are two of her favourite pastimes in her leisure time.

Barb was the driving force behind the establishment of Professional Recruiters of Canada, a trade organisation for headhunters and executive search companies. The Premier of Ontario awarded her with a “Woman of Distinction” Award in 2005, in recognition of her achievements. Barb is a frequent speaker at corporate conferences throughout the world.

With Barbara’s extensive training expertise as a world-renowned and award-winning trainer, she is uniquely qualified to deliver steps that are simple enough for her audiences to implement on their own.
