Dr. Anil K. Gupta is a world-renowned strategist and globalisation expert. Among the world’s leading management thinkers, he has been named one of the world’s largest “superstars” by The Economist and Thought Leaders50. HotTopics, a UK-based research group, has named him one of the world’s “100 most famous professors of entrepreneurship.” This makes him one of just three management instructors in the world who have been elected as a Life Fellow of the three most major management organisations in the world with a combined membership of over 25,000 members.
He has also been recognised by BusinessWeek as an Excellent Faculty in its Guide to the Best B-schools, inducted into the Academy of Management Journals’ Hall of Fame, and listed by Management International Review as a “North American Superstar” for research in strategy and organisation. He also attends the annual Davos meeting of the World Economic Forum as well as regional gatherings in China, India, and the Middle East on a regular basis. It’s also worth noting that he’s a member of the Forum on Emerging Multinationals’ Global Agenda Council.
