Rob Siefker is a highly-sought keynote speaker and expert covering such topics as customer service, customer experience, customer loyalty, customer retention, and workplace culture. He is a best-selling author, consultant, media pundit, and thought-leader who has spoken at many conferences around the world where he gives leaders the skills they need to deal with fast, big changes in society, the workplace, and education.

Rob Siefker is hired to speak at events and conferences where he can give expertise on important global business affairs. He is the Senior Director of Customer Service Operations at Zappos.com and one of the speakers at Zappos Insights, a team within the Zappos Family of Companies that was created simply to help share the Zappos Culture with the world and to inspire positive change in the workplace.

Rob has been with Zappos since May 2004 and has held various positions within customer service. In their current role, they are responsible for leading a team of 700+ employees and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across all contact channels. Rob has also been instrumental in increasing customer engagement, loyalty, and spend.

Rob is a strong ambassador and promoter of the Zappos brand and has also been committed to developing a world class culture. He has previously represented Zappos by speaking at conferences for IQPC, Frost & Sullivan, and Marcus Evans. He’s also been a guest speaker at Purdue University’s Center for Customer Driven Quality. Rob grew up in Denver, Colorado and later earned a BA in History from Santa Clara University in 2002.

Prior to their current role, Rob served as the senior director of customer loyalty where they were responsible for gross revenue at Zappos increasing from $75mm to over $2bn. Rob has also held positions at previous companies where they were responsible for $75 mm in annual sales through the contact center and over $500 mm in gross order sales. In addition, Rob has given Customer Experience talks and presentations at conferences and events all across the world.
