Fred Reichheld’s most recent book says businesses do well when they put their customers’ lives in the circle of everything they do.
Fred says that a company’s success comes from having a clear mission. It’s not enough, though. If a business wants to do well, its main goal should always be to make people’s lives better. And the key to winning on reason is to have a strong, well-defined feeling of purpose focused on giving customers what they want.
