Molly Fletcher was born in East Lansing, Michigan, on September 20, 1971. She got her B.A. in 1993, Michigan State University sent out a message.. She was on the varsity tennis team from 1989 to 1993. She served as team captain as a senior. After he graduated, Fletcher moved to Atlanta. She made her first deal by agreeing to teach tennis lessons at a high-end apartment complex in Atlanta in exchange for free rent. After working for a division of ESPN called Intellimedia Sports, Inc., Fletcher worked for the Super Bowl XXXVIII Host Committee and then for CSE.
