She is a best-selling author, consultant, media pundit, and thought-leader who has spoken at many conferences around the world where she gives leaders the skills they need to deal with fast, big changes in society, the workplace, and education.
Alicia Boler-Davis is hired to speak at events and conferences where she can give expertise on important global business affairs. She has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. In her position, she oversees a variety of teams, including Global Fulfillment, which is comprised of hundreds of fulfillment facilities throughout the world, as well as Robotics and Automation. Boler Davis is also in charge of Amazon Fulfillment Technologies, which is the team that develops the technological solutions that are used throughout Amazon’s Worldwide Operations.

Consequently, she presently serves only on the Northwestern University McCormick Advisory Board, in addition to the Care Home of Oakland Country Board of Trustees and the General Mill Board of Directors, among many other organizations.
