Alan Amling, a pioneer in the area of logistics, has dedicated more than two decades of his life to ensuring that organisations’ supply networks remain on the right side of any possible interruption. As both a Vice President as well as UPS Business Strategist, Amling has already been working on emerging trends, markets, as well as technology to reduce costs and emissions, bringing UPS business strategies into the “On-Demand Economy.” Amling has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
